VSA is Vehicle Stability Assist and is related to ABS braking.
The power steering issue could just be a series of unfortunate events but it does sound suspicious. I'd try to figure out what caused the fluid to leak and where the leak is in relation to the VSA that was replaced before I took it back to the dealer.
i.e. If the VSA is on the other side of the engine compartment, it's probably not the dealer's fault. If they are right next to each other, something might have happened.

'The indicator light staying on means there is a problem with the system. The system works with the wheel speed sensors and teh yawl rate sensor. Either of these can be bad. The easiest way to check if it is working is to see if it will "Peal out" if it will the system is not working properly. In any case you need to either take it to your local dealer to run a diag on it to see what codes come up or you can take it to your local parts store some of them will run a diag and tell you what the code is. It is very important to get this fixed because it is called Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) for a reason.

Thats why you dont take your vehicle to some kid at the stereo shop without a wirnig diagram to poke around and screw up your car. You should have OK'd the Honda dealer to fix it, and have the manager from the steroe shop pay for any repairs. Sounds like a bunch of parts changers are just replacing parts without testing. Once you buy parts like that, there's no refunds.

It may be as simple as your oil condition or oil level. If you have poor oil in your engine the VTEC system will not operate properly and when RPMs reach 2800 or so it will buck. If everything checks okay with the oil have the code checked for your check engine light/VSA light.
