use a code reader to reset the CPU for a starters and see if there are any codes recorded.

sounds like the switch cluster

Check the mega fuse in the underhood fuse panel, picture below

The OBDII connector receives its power from the AUX PWR 2 fuse (#15) located in the fuse panel under the rear seat. This fuse also controls the accessory power plugs on the dash.

Let it set awhile, you either have air in the line(s), or you Blew the Pump. Have you checkeed the fluid level?

Try unhooking the battery, turn key on, leave door open, then connect battery, start engine immediately. The battery saver module thinks it's saving your power!!

Computer controlled system where each switch panel is it's own computer. Sounds like the switch may have locked up. Sometimes you can unlock it by disconnecting power for 30 seconds. (Unplug switch or unhook battery) There may be a software update from the dealer to correct this issue.

Ali, there is a recall for the drivers side door master switch. I believe 04' was included in the recall, regardless this problem affects ALL years of our platform. Water is able to penetrate the switch, say you open your door when it's raining out. Eventually the switch will start to melt out and can be a fire concern. 2 ways you can do this, call the dealer give them your vin # to see if 04 is included in the recall. OR pull one out of a wrecking yard, BUT, have the dealer on the phone when you do to give them the serial # off the master switch. Some of the newer TB's already had the problem fixed.

Check for broken/dmaged wire(s) in loom that goes from post to door in hinge area.
