Describe location and name of all 4 o2 sensors. ie, fwd bank fwd sensor located?

Bank 1 is the same bank as the #1 cylinder sensor 2 means it's the second sensor on that bank ie. Sensor 1 is probably located on the exhaust manifold with the #2 sensor on the exhaust pipe (downstream)

If you mean O2 sensor, bank 1 is the driver's side on RWD, or front bank on FWD. The #2 sensor is the one behind the catalytic converter, which does little but telling the ECU if the converter is doing its job.

There is 4 senors the bank 1 sensor 1 is located in front of the LH (Drivers side) catalytic converter

A code P0155 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
* O2 Heater element resistance is high
* Internal short or open in the heater element
* O2 heater circuit wiring high resistance
* open or short to ground in the wiring harness

Possible Solutions:
* Repair short or open or high resistance in wiring harness or harness connectors
* Replace oxygen sensor (cannot repair open or short that occurs internally to sensor)

you have 4 o2 sensors and 4 catylitic converters. bank 1 sensors are located on the passenger side exhaust. #1 is before the catylitic converters and #2 is after. bank two, on the drivers side, has the same configuration, the downstream sensor is after the cats.
