Along the frame rail under the car you should see the fuel lines on the driver side. Along the line around the front driver door area there should be a metal barrel, this is the fuel filter.

I have an 86 Oldsmobile delta 88 and it has no power it slows down really fast when u start to go up a hill how can i fix that

Check your inline fuel filter. If the filter is half full of gunk, some fuel flows but when you start up a hill, there is a call for more fuel from your pump and this additional flow causes the gunk to become packed against your outlet stopping all of the fuel flow.Changing the fuel filter solves this.

My 96 Oldsmobile Delta 88 has had issues with a fuel leak for sesveral monthes. Just recently it's been having issues with power loss with driving, not starting right away, or reving the engine upon...

if still leaking will cause lower pressure which causes issues with engine fuel management such as idle -start -driveability and is dangerous
