On the van you have a high beam fuse and relay. On the low beam you also have a fuse and relay. Check the fuse/relay panel for a blown fuse controlling the low beam lights. If you do not find a blown fuse have some one to turn the key on and turn on the high beam lights> During this time locate the low beam headlight relay and place your finger on top of relay, have the other person to switch from high beam to low beam lights. You should feel a click in the relay when they make the switch from high to low beam. If not replace the relay and the problem should go away. Hope this will help you.

Location of headlights fuse in 2003 dodge caravan sport

According to this there isn't one

https://fuse-box.info/dodge/dodge-caravan-2001-2007-fuses

And this confirms there isn't one. The are controlled by the Body Control Module.

https://www.chryslerminivan.net/threads/both-headlights-went-out-on-my-dodge-caravan-2005.82722/

No headlight relays or fuses on your model year. It is all controlled by microprocessors in the Body Control Module (BCM) and Front Control Module (FCM). You can try resetting them by removing the IOD memory fuse in the fuse box or the negative battery cable for 5 minutes. Have you tried cycling the headlight switch many times? Still out? There is an extended lifetime warranty on 2005/6 Dodge/Chrysler minivan headlight switches:
http://www.aboutautomobile.com/Investigation/2005/Dodge/Caravan/Headlight+Switch

It also mentions above there was a recall on the headlight switch

We have a 2006 Dodge Caravan and the headlights and taillights are not working. There are no fuses, what could be the problem?

There's main fuses under the hood. Other possibilty is a bad headlight switch or daytime running light module.

Headlights won't come on intermittently 2005 Dodge Caravan

Quite possibly the switch, Dodge minivans also have a front control module located under the hood, it attaches directly to the underhood fusebox, if a switch doesn't fix it I would look there.

Crue control stoped working 2005 Dodge caravan

Hello! I would say it is most likely the clock spring inside the steering wheel behind the air bag. This is what provides power to the wheel and air bag itself. This could also cause your horn not to work and possibly illuminate the air bag light as well. Very common problem. Let me know if this helps or if you have any more questions

I can't find headlights fuses in my 2005 dodge caravan 3.3liter SXT they aren't in IPM in engine compartment

the 2005 caravans have a known faulty headlight SWITCH. Are you sure you have properly diagnosed the problem?

Your year does not use a fuse for the headlamps - they are relayed with a FCM. (front control module). These are around $150.00

Only the parking lamps use a relay in this vehicle.

Sometimes you can juggle the headlamp switch and get them to work, however that, too, will soon stop.

Be sure you have the diagnosis correct before throwing money at the problem blindly.

05 G Caravan Dash Lights, gages & headlights intermitantly flicke

Try your headlight switch. If it is going bad it should affect all of these since they all work of the same switch.
