Volvo P0717 Input Speed Sensor

The P0700 is not a true fault code, it just means that the powertrain control module has requested the Transmission control module to turn on the check engine light to alert you of a fault. The P0717 is the one you need diagnosed, it is the real problem,.

My rpm's raise and drop at a stop and engine stalls when i turn ac off

We need to know the model, year, engine size, and the actual trouble code to really help you; but I provide some generic tips at the link below. Do not replace the sensor until the problem is properly diagnosed. O2 sensors rarely cause stalling. Get the computer scanned and ask them to find any historical or pending trouble codes. Write them down and post them here.

Honda Accord check engine flashes when tapping brakes

Engine light flashing along with the drop on RPMs is indicative of misfires. Connect a scan tool and see if any codes are stored this may give you a starting point. As for the clicking I'm not sure that it is related to the engine light but clicking when braking may be due to worn suspension/steering parts such as control arm bushings

The TCS and check engine light both came on my 2002 honda odyssey? Is it the O2 Sensor? Or can I just reset the lights? The engine also idles very low when the vehicle is stopped at a traffic light. No...

Don't reset the lights without getting the DTC's or diagnostic trouble codes from the car's computer. An autoparts store can hook up a diagnostic code reader for free. With the codes in hand, you can start to diagnose your issue. You can then reset the lights to see if the codes return.
