The fuel pump relay is located in the fuse compartment behind the glove box. It is the big black fuse on the very top of the fuse compartment right over one that looks just like it.

Take off the plastic hush panel under the dash. About 3 screws and a couple of taps on the firewall end.
On top of that will be a diagram of the fuse panel on the side of the instrument panel. It's vertical and to the right of the glovebox, more or less. It's a mixture of fusees and relay.s Many of them may be empty on your car depending on the options.
