I have a 1994 Mercedes E320. My blower fan doesn't come one, so my a/c doesn't blow hard as it should. My under the hood fuse box says the blower motor fues in in the "outer fuse box". Where is the outer fuse box, aparently the one under the hood is not.
The "strip" fuse is in a tootsie roll sized black container on the drivers side strut mount. pop it open and there it is. 2 philips screws hold it in place. Breaks in the fuse are not easy to see.
CALLED DEALER IN NOVI MICHIGAN AND THEY COULDNT TELL ME WHERE THIS FUSE WAS.........THANKS

when power is jumped to the fuse connection blower motor works, but no power at outside fuse connection mounted on drivers side strut under normal conditions?
