There are literally hundreds of sensors in your vehicle, all the way from wheel speed, exhaust, engine temp, engine knock, engine position, interior temp, impact (airbag) and much more. Please re-ask this question with a more specific area of the vehicle you are interested in and why you are trying to locate a specific sensor.

It sounds like the transmission is slipping and the sensor is just reporting this info and setting a code, you have made a common mistake. You likely need a transmission overhaul

Check fuel pressure regulator, use a good fuel pressure gauge to check fuel pressure, when was the last time u changed your fuel filter

log into autozone. they have tech tips and pics...........its free. also go to autozon in person, they can show and tell you most of what you ask.

there are 2 sensors, they are located under the intake manifold which must be removed to access them

Did you clean ECU memory from trouble codes? No? DO it!

Distributer Signal Output is code p1320........Intake Valve Timing Control Position Sensor Bank1 is code p1140...

The laser assembly has lost its ability to focus on disk surface. Replacement of unit is in order/repair not cost effective.
