My 2005 nissan frontier overheats while sitting still what is wrong with it?

In the engine compartment fuse box there is a fuse.

This says the relay is above the parking brake with diagram.

Ignition Control Module is the Obvious Problem here

Go to a different dealer. The dealer should know what is wrong with the vehicle by the codes. Don't let them keep guessing what is wrong and having you replace random parts.

Change the belt

replace thermosat

Sounds like the battery is weak which will cause the gauges to twitch.

If you are loosing water then your radiator is bad.
