You could be out of time, have bent valves, bad pistons, or one of a number of problems. You have to start out with is the cam and crank in time and go from there. You must remember to start at the basics and procede one step at a time and don't skip anything. Usually you'll find that the cause is looking right at you. Once you know the cause then you can plan your repair route.

1994 toyota pickup blown head gasket. is that an easy fix? can i do it in my school autoshop and or driveway?

So the first question is ... is it really a blown head gasket? Could also be damaged head, block, etc and the timing chain can wear through it's housing and allow coolant into the oil. If it is a blown head gasket then why did it happen? Is the head warped, coolant passages corroded, or ?? Here's link to
a '93 manual to give you some idea what you're dealing with. http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-buchanan/93fsm/ Can you replace the gasket in shop or driveway ... depends on what sort of
complications you run in to. You may want to have a valve job done while you're there, maybe
time to do the timing chain, etc. Give it a try.

Engine misses blows water out the overflow in radiator

Sounds like you are blowing a cylinder into the cooling system.
Could be a head gasget
Could be a cracket water jacket.
Do a compression test to confirm cylinder number.
then pull the head and take a look.

Losing coolant in my radiator but i don't have any visible leaks. then i check my oil to find that it is a almost tan color does this mean my head gasket is going

I can' say its a head gasget but if its the color you say it is means water is getting into the oil some how. It would be best to have a cooling pressure test done to determine if its a head gasget or something else causing this.

Two front cylinders are low

If your going to chg. head gasget, as long as you got the head off you would be smart to have a valve job done too. That could be why you lost compression in the 2 cyls. burnt valves will cause loss of compression. But take note if you elect to have a valve job done you also run the risk of it to start useing oil because of the increase in compression on the oil rings with that many miles it can happen.
