it should be in your manual or service book you enter the 4 digits into radio buttons mine is grand voyager i use cd button numbers enter 4 digit code the radio should them come on if you dont have manual ring chrysler might be able to get code off your vin
Contact Chrysler and ask for your radio code , you will probably have to provide Radio type and model number and possibly serial number , to get these you will probably have to remove your radio..
i assume you put a new battery in,van runs but no radio or clock, check all your fuses first,and also make sure that radio doesnt have anti theft system, if it does then read your manualy on how to enter the code,if it needs a code then it wont work until code is entered,careful if you do the code entering wrong three times then radio shuts down for one hour, then you would need to have the key on or van running for one hour straight,
Ther power will need to be on for 2hrs, that is the radio will need to be turned on for 2 hours with the ignition on. If you have done this already then the radio will need re-coding, this sometimes happens. You dont have to go to a dealer there is independant decoders around. let me know if you cant find pne.
On my Neon you enter the 4 digit code using the channel preset buttons if your code is say 2435 press channel 2, then channel 4, channel 3 & channel 5 it should then fire up ok.
