Thinking is just guessing , Testing needs to be done ! Your best bet would be to take it to a qualified repair shop. You have no idea of the electronics involved . Looking at a wiring diagram i see door multiplex control module ,C.A.N. - B communication line . Do you know what these are ?
Related Terms. A controllerareanetwork (CAN) is a serial bus network of microcontrollers that connects devices, sensors and actuators in a system or sub-system for real-time control applications. There is no addressing scheme used in controllerareanetworks, as in the sense of conventional addressing in networks (such as Ethernet).
When you push a button for one of the other windows the door module computer sends a message on the can bus to the other door module ,which ,if on line will open that window . Hooking up a factory honda scanner to see where the message is getting lost at , checking for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes . is what needs to be done to find the problem . Resetting ,there is nothing to reset .

Sounds like you need a window motor. Try hitting in center of door trim panel to see if you can get it to work if so replace motor.

SOURCE: my windows wont roll up or down and my locks wont

Classic Fault!themain feed wire will be snaped in the driver's door gland between the post and the door! check them carefully as they will look OK the copper snaps inside the pvc outer..... leaving the pvc looking good! give them all a good pull one by one the offending wire(S) will strech and snap! the good ones will stand up to it!
There problem solved!
have a nice dat .........regards............Bruce.

SOURCE: 1997 honda accord with power windows....driver

Before you change make sure there is power on the board , if so the circuit must be checked for delivering voltage as the switch is pressed. the switch can be checked with a multimeter for continuity. Only if there is power to the motor without response must the motor be changed. if not the fault can be the control circuit board, maybe failure of the motor driver.

you might need to disconnect the window from the window regulator then pull the window up and try to wedge some cardboard between the window and door

Passanger window very very slow to roll down. but rolls up normally. problem worse in cold weather.

well without knowing what make & model its hard to say but sense im a master cert.GM CADDY 15A/ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN. ive had tons of experence with lots of window problems in 12 years. but i would say that the window motor is just getting week and sense the spring on the window regulator is for helping the motor roll up i would say that thats why it rolls down slow(because the spring is to much for the week motor to push against) or possibly the contact points inside the master window switch could have bad contacts causing low voltage in one direction. ive also seen worn window guide channels(where the window edges silde in the door) causing the window to bind when going in one direction. try lubricating the channel with silicone spray. 3m wet type.

97 Accord drivers side window won't go up or down....

Window motors & regulators go bad every day. Pull your door panel, unplug the motor, if you have an ohm meter apply the leads to the leads into the motor. One will be ground the other two will raise and lower (reverse) the motor. If you show resistance between the leads the motor windings are good and the problem may be the window regulator. If you do not have an ohm meter, you can run two wires (one ground, the other hot) and test the motor by applying elec to it.
