With an Assistant Turn ON Headlights and Fiddle with Of (WIGGLE the HEADLIGHT SWITCH to see if you Get this Abnormal Action from them, and if you DO NOT Get the Malfunction then Do the SAME Procedure at the FUSE, And also BE SURE OF YOUR BODY GROUND and MAIN HEADLIGHT POWER Source. Your Problem is SURELY in One of these Area's.

You will need to have the electrical charging system in your vehicle checked first up.

It would seem there is insufficient power to run the engine when the headlights are drawing power and the computer is then cutting the engine.

Check for loose connector OR loose fuse. Could be either one.

Need to buy new headlights, headlights are very dull cant clean them and affecting vision

First solution and HF correct if you live in USA.
However plain old cutting compound and elbow grease also works well after a bit of 1500 grit sandpaper (if plastic lense cover) like Diahatsu.
If really sun-yellowed sometimes toothpaste works too.

Headlights are cutting in and out on my 1997 chevy s10 and I don't know where to find the fuse ?

Not a regular fuse for headlights. Usually a relay that trips if it overheats and resets when it cools off. Often under the hood. Probably means you have a short circuit somewhere. A hot wire touching ground , often at rear of vehicle, Are your tailights still on ? If headlights and taillights go off together then problem is definately a short.

the hid headlights more amphere,the battery which you have now to weak to supply, so you have to change to a bigger battery

Front speakers keep cutting out

If they cut out when they are turned up they are busted, get new ones. If they are cutting out when you hit a bump or something, then you have a loose wire somewhere between the player and the speaker, maybe check the doors and see if one might be crimped.
