If its a low level noise that changes pitch when lightly accelerated or decellorated then its probably whats called the transfer gears in the transmission [chysler term] if its not loud but rather faint dont worry about it. i have tried to fix this on a few chryslers by installing new gears and bearings only to make the noise louder.

Rear end howls and vibrates, most noticeable at 50-65 mph. Noise only depends upon vehicle speed, does not change with gear or if in neutral.

Sounds liike a ring and pinion on rear differential. U can pull the cover off and check this or another thing would be to check your u-joints.

Wierd noise

Sounds like a wheel bearing going, or gone. Possible tire/alignment, but more than likely, wheel bearing. You going to fix, or have it fixed?
