This sounds like an electronic problem. the control unit thinks about 50000 cycles in a second. it's bound that there could be a problem. a second hand black box or computer box should fix your propblem. goodluck

Where can I find the high pressure pump on and the Mitsubishi pajero GDI and the fuel pressure sensor?

I don't think there is a pump, it is done with engine oil pressure at the injector.

Be sure you scroll down to the ones for all engines. The top few are for 2.4 Liters only. It is an in tank fuel pump and you'll have to drop the tank to install.

97 Mitsubishi legnum, runs great but takes a bit to start, thought it might be fuel pump relay as you can,t hear pump start when key is turned on, is that normal for legnums.

Hi,
is your car a GDI engine? If it is GDI you can't really hear the pump working when you put ign on.
Give me some details and I might be able to guide you there.
Chassis, engine numbers, GDI ??
