The neutral safety switch is on the transmission next to the transmission shifter shaft and unscrews after you unplug the wiring harness.

Assuming it is an automatic trans, the neutral safety switch may have failed. The switch prevents you from cranking the engine in drive or reverse.

I would check the neutral safety switch and the ignition switch for voltage.
Can you jumper the solenoid and make it crank ?

CHECK MAKE SURE BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH FUSE OR NEUTRAL SAFETY FUSE HAS BLOWN.IF ALL IS GOOD.PROBLEM IS IN MANUAL SHIFT CABLE.OR THE TRANSMISSION RANGE SWITCH OR NEUTRAL SWITCH IS BAD.

Check it for any trouble codes,with the battery at full charge. Could be the coolant sensor for the ecm,but need some more info.

Look around shift linkage area of transmission for a threaded in plug with 3 or so wires to it. Neutral safety & back-up are in one switch.

There's only 2 more things that I can think of, check the fuse for the ignition, then the computor itself, you did everything else.It might be the problem and may not.
