code p 0128 refers to coolant thermostat--coolant temp below thermostat regulating temperature ===causes --mechanical fault
replace the thermostat
your problem may be low fuel pressure from a faulty pressure regulator
have the fault codes read professionally as the code you have is not related to your problem
Code P0700 just means the trans computer has a code. You need to have the trans
computer read to get the trans code p0034 the rubber turbo hose to the inlet manifold which had a small split in it
causing it to loose pressure
these codes will not make your car not start check battery to see if its dead again does the engine turn over at all when you put battery back in car is terminals tight
Some of the Sebrings have two filters(one is called a sock). The sock(which all sebrings have) is located in the fuel tank itself on the pump module. If this model is the JXI then the external filter is located on the belly of the car between the tank and drivers rear seat. I hope I could help!!!
The fuel filter should be changed first.
The engine fuel pressure over night is bleeding down into the fuel tank. I would suggest a tune up . If the condition continues after a tune up. The fuel pump is starting to go. You should then have a mechanic check out the fuel system and have the vehicle diagnose.
