There are a few things that could cause this. Bad starter relay, bad ignition fuse, loose or corroded negative battery cable. You will have lights, stereo and fan but not enough power to turn starter. Also a bad neutral safety switch on the tranny would cause this but ohmmeter would be needed to test.

I accidently put another key in my ignition of my 2001hyundai accent and now my key won't start the car

Do you mean that after you removed the wrong key your original key wont go in, or do you mean using your original key and turning the starter it wont start or even turn the ignition on. If you tried to turn the ignition switch with the wrong key, sometime it will cause the lock to turn freely as an anti theft measure. You should be able to find the way to fix this in the user manual that comes with the car.

KEY WONT TURN IGNITION

Your car uses a transonder key, a key with a small chip embedded inside. The transponder is matched to the immobilizer unit in your car. When the key is inserted into the ignition, the immobilizer searches for that transponder, if it's not near the ignition, the car will just keep turning over and not start. Your only real options are to replace the steering lock or buy a transponder bypass unit, which I do not recommend. Just do a google search.
