Where is the interior fuse box on a 1998 GS 400 ?

Take it to your local garage. It took my mechanic 2 minutes to fix a new fuse and cost me 5 quid!!

SOURCE: where is the interior fuse box of a 1998 chevy tahoe 4x4

The fuse box should be on the driver's side under the dash, or in the kick panel (the trim panel in front of door where your left foot rests) with a fuse box cover. Some GM cars had the fuse box in the glove compartment.
If it's not the fuse, then check the flasher.

Instrument cluster on 1998 Lexus GS 300 not working, car runs ok....no light on the dashboard, odometer,fuel gauge not working..what do I need to do to correct this problem
It could be a fuse, which may be located in a panel under or either side of the dash. Possible other location in a panel/box in engine bay.
If this is out of your experience, an auto electrician may fix it quite cheaply.

Window won't roll down, powersteering doesnt work, spedometer doesnt work, ac doesnt work. all this happend when i charged the vehicle
Hopefully all you blew was some fuses. Need to check all fuses under dash & in relay/fuse box underhood. Easiest way, hook up test light to ground & test across all fuses. If blown 1 side of fuse will get power,but not the other side.

1998 GS400 Dash Lights are out is this an easy fix?
Check you fuse first to the instrument panel (look in your owner's manual for location). If the fuse checks OK, then it's not something fun to fix. You'll have to remove the dash panel and replace the interior burnt bulb. Smaller hands and bigger patience will help you with this one. Good Luck!
