Electric cooling fan bearing failed and the cooling fan needs to be replaced. Start with inspecting the cooling fan behind the radiator and determine if that is where the noise is coming from. Replace any worn or damaged parts.

Vibration at highway speeds loud humming noise,

Possibly a wheel bearing issue, does it `get progressively worse as speed increases or better as it decreases? does it stop when applying the brakes or get worse?

I have a humming noise I the front end. I've jacked the car and there is no play in either of my wheels. The noise starts around 25 mph and gets deafing loud at 65mph, however it seems to go away around...

It sounds like you could have a problem with your wheel bearings.Wheel bearings do not have to feel loose to be noisy .A way to check would be to jack the front wheel off the ground.Support the front with jack stands under the lower control arms.Have someone drive the car with the wheels in the air and use a stethescope to listen for noise at the front bearings.
Note that feathering of the tires can also cause the noise.Feel for sharp edges on the inside or outside of your tires.

My front end makes a loud humming noise. At low speeds, I hear a humming noise and at high-speeds I can hear a noise in my tires. Not sure if it is an the wheel bearings, bad tires, or alignement.

Alignment will not create a sound by it's self. The most common cause of humming (especially if you have an agressive tread design)is a wear pattern in the tires...check for that or rotate the tires around & see if the noise changes. If it does then you know it's in the tires. & Not always, but most of the time a bearing noise will increase or decrease in intensity if you load up one side at a time by doing 35-50 mph & turning slightly to each side.

My car makes a loud clunking noise at around 65mph.

Not sure if this is this answer, but I had a problem with a noise under the front end once....turned out to be the cowling under the front bumper....it was broken and it took a high speed to force it down enough to hit the road.

Good luck!!

Loud humming noise from front end of Durango 4 x 4

You have a hub/wheel bearing going out. You need to jack up the vehicle on each side. Grab the top and bottom of the wheel and try to move it in/out at the top and bottom. If this does not work then roll the wheel as fast as you can and see if you can hear which one it is. Good Luck.
