Lots of things to check. From 1993-1995 the US made car compaies use biodegradable insulation on it wire which ages with engine heat and then shorts so check that first. It has an upper harness for engine and lower for charging and starter. Then a real tune up is next coils, cap, rotor and wires. Once youve done that fuel system is next on the list fuel filter and fuel pressure.

My 92 mercedes 500 sel has the ars light come on and then it loses power, what can i do to fix it?

Check ASR system. Wheel sensors would be a good start because thats what the system checks for speed difference at the wheels. It reduces power to keep you straight on the road.

I have a 1992 mercedes 500sel that im trying to get up and running I've bought all new parts for the car and they have been put on. When I start the the car and put my foot on the gas slightly it stays on...

Fuel pumps? Filter? Fuel injectors? Main engine wiring harness? Coils? Wires? EZL?

You say you replaced parts but you didnt say which ones.

ARS, SRS, AND ABS LIGHTS ARE ON IN THE DASH

it's the brake switch, behind the brake pedale located, to replace.

I have a 1992 mercedes sel 500. and the back shocks don't go up any more on start up. it runs on hydrolic oil some one said it could be a valve stuck I need help.

Could be a fuse, a relay, the switch for ride height, bad accumulator or lack of fluid. Go to benzworld.org or peachparts.com for more specific help.

1992 mercedes fuel pump filter is located on passenger side behind rear drive axle. disconnect battery, raise car and secure it with jack stands, remove rear tire, you will black plastic shield that protects fuelpump and filter
