is it blowing a 40 or 60 amp maxi-fuse located on the passenger side front area of the engine compartment located in the fuse panel? If so i believe 95-96 had the wiring for the fans to close to the exhaust manifold causing the insulation on the wiring to melt which in my case resulted in a dead short off and on blowing the fuse.
maybe the fuel pressure regulator bleeding down while parked. Take a fuel pressure tester and hook it up, cycle key to gain optimal fuel pressure, turn key off and monitor fuel pressure. It should hold at around 20 psi.
