Fuel pump relay is in the glovebox relay panel. the relay you want is in the middle, but for the aggravation of getting to it and only $9.99 a relay, might as well replace all 3. I think your issue is the batt./ pcm fuse #14 i believe in the fuse panel, driverside door

Look in the back of your glove box. There will probably be a panel that says relay access. Open this and check your relays. In the engine compartment there may also be an area of fuses. Check the diagram of these fuses. Mostly the fuel pump is a relay but sometimes there is also a fuse.

I changed my fuel pump in my 2001 Dodge Stratus and my car still won't start what's wrong?

Look in your manual. Sometimes cars have a fuel reset switch, and when pressure is lost it has to be reset. When you turn the key to acc. do you hear the fuel pump humming? If not, check your fuses. Did you disconnect the battery when pump was replaced? If not, check the ignition and fuel relays. When the electrical wire goes on and or off, it can give off an arc and trip these relays. Listen for pump humming. Did you replace the fuel filter as well? . Might be dirty Let me know how you make out, and if you have any questions feel free

93 Plymouth Voyager will not start, the Fuel Pump isn't whirring when the key is turned.

You should always hear the pump. Check the electrical connections after you check to fuse.

Turns over but won't fire

If a starter is able to crank the engine but it won't start you usually have either an electrical or fuel problem. It's also remotely possibly that it's compression. If an engine has proper fuel, spark and compression, it will start when you crank it. So your challange is to find out which part isn't working right. Start with fuel. Spray a little starting fluid into the air intake while someone tries to start the engine. If it starts briefly when you're spraying starting fluid, you probably have a fuel delivery problem. That could be injectors, fuel pump, fuel filter, relay, fuse... who knows what until you check into it.If it doesn't start with starting fluid, check the spark. Pull a plug wire and attach it to a spare sparkplug and set the plug on a solid metal part of the engine. Have a helper crank the engine while you watch the plug. If you have a good spark, it might just be out of timing. In any case, you'll need to start isolating the problem. Find out which part isn't working then you'll know what to replace/repair.

No fuel pressure

You should check the electrical system i.e do you have spark at the spark plug ends? If no then work on this. If yes then remove the spark plugs, put half a teaspoon of fuel into each cylinder and put the plugs back. Try starting the engine. If it does then fuel isn't getting to cylinders. If it doesn't then you need a valve or complete overhaul job,

My 1999 masda 626 won't start. it turns over but acts like it isn't getting any fuel.

check relays/fuses first then the pump if you know how to test it
the pump is easy to test locate any fuel line unplug it tell a friend to make a quick one key turn if squirts fuel then pump is fine
but check the pump relay first to make sure and to begin with simplest
it seems you can tell it is the pump but you don`t know where to start

Intermittent fuel pump engagement when turning key - 2001 Taurus

try cleaning the connector that goes to the fuel pump, sometimes they corrode on inside. If that does not fix, test the wires feeding fuel pump with a multi meter until the condition shows itself again, if voltage drops to zero or very low then wiring problem, if voltage is unchanged with problem and fuel pump is not working and connectors are all clean, try replacement of fuel pump.
