I am getting a pulsing feeling from the front wheels when braking on my 2004 Chrysler Sebring. It feels like one or more of the rotors are warped. How do I replace the front rotors with new ones. Thanks.

If they are not worn beyond tollerance they can be machined on the vehicle.
Also make sure its not tyres or wheel bearings.

remove wheel
remove brake caliper( leave the hose connected)
remove centre cap
remove split pin and lock
unscrew bearing hub nut
rotor should come off
fit new bearing races in new rotor
grease new bearings
fit inside bearing and seal
refit rotor, outer bearing, washer, nut, lock, splitpin and centre cap
(tighten nut until no play in bearing plus 1\8 of a turn)
refit caliper and wheel
bleed and test brakes before driving

There's a pulsing feeling in the brake pedal when I press the brakes. There's a noise as well. it's not the ABS.

Do you feel the pulse at the steering wheel. Replace the front rotors. If not the rear rotors or drums. Which ever you have. Some is warped. Just a note. Just because the ABS light isn't on. doesn't mean it couldn't be part of that system.

1998 Chrysler Sebring front end squeak

It could be a powersteering leak. Sometimes there is a shaft seal under the steering column inside that needs to be greased because f squeaks. The brake problem is from warped rotors, most likely the front since you feel it in the steering wheel.

I have a chrysler 300m 2004 I resently had the wheel bearings done now I have a grinding ,pulsation feeling in the brakes can you tell me what this might be

The grinding may go away do to possibly dirt or something left on the rotors when bearings were installed. The pulsing of the brake pedal is caused from a warped rotor. Rotor warp is caused from hard braking, long brake application on hills and a possibility of over tightening the lug nuts that hold the wheel on. Hope this helps.

WHEN I BRAKE BY A STOP STREET WITH MY 325TI BMW, THEN THERE IS SOME VIBRATION ON THE BRAKE PADDLE

Sounds like you may have warped front rotors. They can be felt in the brake pedal when stopping. The warpage of the rotor actually pushes the caliper piston in and out which is felt by your foot. Another vibration you may feel is the ABS system coming on if there are poor road surfaces. That feels quite a bit different than a warped rotor.

My 1998 ford escort brake peddle started pulsing and then a noise. Checked fluid, not down any fluid, and no leeks, just feels like I can not stop well., No ABS lite til yesterday, then it came on after...

Normally a "pulsing" brake pedal means that that you have a warped brake rotor or the brake caliper is lose. I would start by taking the front wheel off and inspecting the brake pads and the rotor. If the brake pads are worn down bad replace them. Pay special attention to the brake rotors also as if the are grooved very bad, they should also be replaced.

Brakes have a pulsing feel when youy apply them

U have warped disk brake rotors, if your car four wheel disk then all four should be machined true again to stop the problem, if u have just front disk brakes then have the front disk rotors machined true again by a brake shop

Brakes are pulsing

new rotors, machine rotors or just a pad slap?
pulsing indicates warpage, is if felt in the steering wheel or the brake pedal? did you do front and rears?
is it drum or all wheel disc brakes?

Had the rotors and Pads replaced on the rear of my 2002 Explorer Sport....now when I apply the brakes the pedal feels like it is pumping up and down and the wheels feel like they're out of balance.

you need to turn or replace your rotors, thats why your pedal is doing that, they should have done that when they put you pads on,I hope this helps you and please rate this,

Shake in front end

yes that is a very common feeling in warped rotors, if you feel the brake pedal the pulsing then you defintly have warped rotors, replace rotors and brake pads, never reuse pads when they have been in contact with a warped rotor, they will cause the new rotors to warp also
