yes cars have 2 to for 4 fuse boxes. seems to me 1, next to battery only. here.
the glove box guide shows them all. lost it? it shows 1.
the fuses must be checked, ALL checked.
front lights means
Chances are they were never there. Manufacturers will have numerous labelled unused fuses in their power distribution centers depending on make and model and vehicle application and vehicle accessories.
fuses are located in the engine compartment. next to the Engine Air Filter Housing behind the battery, in front of the suspension strut tower. for a picture/diagram try going to this website, it maybe helpful; www.jeeppatriot.com
Hi, Ok first you need to make sure that the battery was put back in correctly. Positive terminal to positive battery cable. Then if that is correct, check the main fuse's right next to the battery area, they are large and square ensure non of these are broken, or fused.Check all the fuse's in the other fuse box in the engine bay area and also inside the vehicle. Let me know how you get on. Thanks Jason
if this truck has an o2 sensor i would replace that and also make sure the cat-converter is not plugged, this would give you your powerloss and egr code, next is your coil, this may be caused by the computer or your crank sensor, look at the tone ring that the crank sensor uses and make sure its not missing teeth or broken, also check all your fuses.
It could be a broken fuseable link in the battery cable, you can replace the battery cable the fuseable link is usually on the positive cable. It could be just a bad connection at the terminals in the front try cleaning both of them first with like a wire brush or 100-150 grit sand paper on the terminals metal surfaces.
im assuming that would be your voltage regulator and wen that is missing your battery will not charge, it can also cause problems elswhere in the vehicle ny not delivering the right voltage, which could be why the drive control light keeps comin on
