Where can I find a free wrangler service manual online?

If you're finding it difficult to service/repair your car, get one of those online manuals. You'll not have to wait for others to answer, or rely on mechanics and all. Plus

free, huh, tall order , in PDF? or what? paper, CD or PDF?
i have a 08 PDF.
and there are no free good manuals. (no limit to searching on my part)
the book is 7000 + pages long. so paper IS OUT.
my pdf is 66mb size.

however , alldata.com has it for $15 subscription.

there is CD.ISO floating about that only runs on XP
its really fussy, to run. i kicked mine to curb.

there are books sold buy one, even for $20 dont be cheap pay something.

what is an interchange manual.?
there are only 3 basic types of manuals.

operators guide. (in glove box, free)
the FSM factory serivce manual (costs money)
and the PARTS manual, (now EPC , online)
the parts are listed at the jeep dealer, with graphics.... all for free.

I use www.alldata.com Its a online manual that you can purchase for about $25 a year. They are like the dealer manuals.

Your public library will have a manual covering your mechanical repair. Moreover, they have the automotive shops online software called AllData. It is the best auto technician database available today. You can print out specific troubleshooting procedures, diagrams, step-by-step istructions, and soforth. The typical person cannot afford to pay for this service, just automotive dealerships, etc... that is why the public library made it available to everyone and for free to view and print out material. Raise vehicle, disconnect negative battery cable. remove two nuts and wires holding cables with approx 3/8 socket. It will probably be metric.

Then remove two retaining bolts holding starter. remove starter
Reverse procedure to reinstall.
