How do I replace 100 amp alternator fuse in 1998 toyota camry

That's because this fuse is bolted on inside the fuse box, you'll need to remove the fuse box and turn it upside down to take the lower cover off and the electrical connectors, then you can access the 8mm bolts that connect the fuse to the main wires

Cannot remove the 100 amp fuse on 1992 Toyota Camry SE V6

So simply put a fuse of that size would most likely be bolted in. And for future reference a fusible link is a wire that acts like a fuse you are dealing with a regular fuse. here is a video of someome changing a fuse on a similar age toyota.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bXZwN70fuIs

you need to take the fuse box apart and remove a small bolt

My 100 A fuse on my camry is blown how do I take it out, i tried to pull it but it is not coming out

If things got hot enough to blow your 100 Amp fuse, it has probably melted plastic and metal together. Those large enclosed things in your fuse block are referred to by Toyota as "fusible links". Those things are hard to get out when they haven't melted. You will probably have to use a pair of pliers to get it out. The 100 Amp fusible link goes to your alternator. I hope you have corrected the problem that caused it to blow. Most of the time, when that fuse gets blown it is because somebody tried to jump-start a car and got the cables hooked up backwards. If this is the case, it could have done some serious damage to computer components and the alternator as well. Once you have replaced it, you need to check EVERYTHING to make sure it is all functioning properly. That bad-boy is nothing to mess with. It takes a HUGE voltage spike to blow that one!

- Good luck!

I arced a wire while changing my alternator on my 06 Camry, now i have no power whatsoever- what fuse or relay is the culprit

Look in the fusebox under the hood, at all of the larger 30 amp and up fuses. You probably have a blown 100 amp fuse. If it is blown, note that this fuse is BOLTED in; you cannot remove it without removing the bolts.
