this means that your a/c has a leak somewhere in it....or the a/c compressor has gone bad.....you can check the a/c charge with a guage you can pick up at your local automotive store. if the charge is good then chances are that your a/c compressor is bad....kindof a costly fix.

I ad this problem fixed and it cost $35. Apparently, this happens when the Freon level is low for some reason. They refilled the Freon and now I have AC on both sides. Don't forget to replace the internal filter in the glove box.

This is a common problem when the AC system has a low charge.
If this is the case, you have a leak somewhere. Do not try to fix it yourself without the proper equipment.

no, when reassembling you might have loosen connection for lights (as not making good contact or loose ground) double check all your connections.

Lights go dim

If you're running the car under a heavy load, lights will dim briefly (ie. you turn the ac on full)

With the engine running, the leads on the battery should read 13-14V

A/C Control 1999 Honda Accord turns OFF intermittently

It looks like a loose plug or connector on your blower side. Best would be to get it checked by a service centre. They can get the job done very fast.
