Question about 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan
You have a fuse/relay box under the hood. lift the cover off box and look inside cover for correct fuse/relay. there is another fuse/relay panel under the dash to the left side of steering column. to access this panel u will need to remove the lower steering column cover and kneepad. hope this will help you in finding the problem.
