My Mitsubishi Lancer Cedia dashboard light with an exclamation light is on

Engine is running lean. Could be low fuel pressure, maf sensor or tps. Is the engine light on?

The first step is to see what error code(s) are present. I suspect that a sensor or two may have been left unplugged or the harness is damaged during the trans swap. Check for bent pins in the connectors.

You need an ecu tester to check what the problem is.
So it is better to call MMC service.

thermostat valve is damaged and also check the fan coupler at the workshop

If you have the GDI model,they were designed to run on very lean air/fuel ratio.
Once the mileage is up a bit a lot of problems can be traced back to a high carbon build up in the intake manifold.
