I had my 2000 Concorde act up after washing the engine. Water at the spark plugs would let it start, but when the engine got warm the water vaporized and caused the miss. Check around the plugs, wires, and coil/s for moisture.
if this is a automatic trany then the switch is part of the nuetrul safty switch, this is locate at the base of the shirter. if its stanard shift then its located on the side of the trany, its on the right side of the trany, , hope this helps.

most cars will burn about a quart between oil changes when they get a few miles on them this pretty normal as long as you dont see black smoke or oil on the ground i would say its fine
