Please check the following:
- Scan the system and read the live data.
- Fuel pump pressure. (38 - 44 psi).
- Fuel filter for clogged.
- Regulating valve.
- Non Return Valve for clogged, located at the top back of fuel tank on the chassis.
- MAP sensor.
Have the vehicle road tested with a scan tool along, to collect
data & actually do some component testing, to find a problem,
anything,fix that & continue on
Stop using it & getting stranded
Check fuel pressure & for a failed pump
It is old so mechanical wear could be an issue also
revs will drop when put in drive ,does vibrating stop when you take foot of brake a slowly accelerate away? if so vibration could be coming from worn eng/transmission mountings
I had the same problem with my 2002 Altis. I found a solution after a lot of research and reading in the web.
1. Remove the power window motor from the regulator (mechanism). 2. Reconnect the power motor to the electronic controller(switches). 3. Perform "Auto Down" an wait until the motor stops. 4. Put a mark in the motor gear. 5. Perform "Manual Up" slowly until the gears rotates around 6 times but not greater than 10 times. 6. Remove the motor from the electronic controller. 7. Re-assemble whole power window assembly.
check and clean/replace (idle air control) IAC valve. Its probably sticking or motor may be dead, replacing the unit is recommended. This unit controls your engine idle. Hopefully this helps
If you put your foot on the brake, the tail lights and parking lights will still come on. Possibly your brake is sticking. Check to see if it is and if it is put WD40 for a quick fix. See a tech for them to fix your brake alignment. Good Luck!
