No such thing here ,simple enough job to do with the right equipment like a four poster lift and soak any bolts with engine oil and leave overnight if possible
The engine cover just pulls off the clips so no problem their the oil filter is inside a plastic housing at the front of the engine rightish side and it has a 32mm or 28 mm head on the top of the plastic housing as its a cartridge type oil filter not a screw on type that you are accustomed too.
Make sure you do have any leaks from the drain plug or the base of the oil filter etc. Does your exhaust look blue when you accelerate? The car is relatively new and it should not be burning oil, either old or new. Was the oil changed with the recommended type?
