Standing on the the passenger side of the engine compartment, it's located towards the firewall, below the alternator. use a flashlight, it's difficult to see. you'll have to use a long funnel to fill.

Power Steering Fill 1996 Le Sabre
Fill cap is three inches down from heater hose connections at firewall passenger side, about the size of a silver dollar.
He also uses a small vial to fill it with out a funnel or hose.
