Fuse for radio and clock

I own a 2002 Jeep Liberty and the clock kept flashing on and off and the radio was losing its memory stations. Now neither one is working at all. The auto place I took it to said it was a fuse but they couldn't locate it without the manual. Where is the fuse located to replace it? Thanks

I suggest check in the Jeep-KJ-2002-Liberty-Service-Manual-PDF-Secc-08-Electrical-Systems and page 487 and next for FUSES.

Also here you have the Jeep-KJ-2003-Liberty-Service-Manual complete with all sections.

Hope this help to solve your problem (remember rated this).

Clock stopped, is there a fuse for this?

If you are talking about the clock in the radio, it gets power from the dome light circuit. Its also connected to radio memory so if that circuit blew a fuse you would also lose your station memory.

Where is radio fuse

there are two fuses for radio's one in main fuse box , lower dash drivers side , lid/cover should give list , 2nd fuse is at back of the radio so the radio will need removing, so check the fusebox first and if still not coming on if fuse is ok then check fuse behind radio

Reset check engine light on 2002 jeep liberty

same on all cars. but details. (all my answers are USA, unless you ask)
which engine, oops you forgot that major fact.... bad.
there are 3 ways. in order of issues. (collateral damage)
1: the scan tool, push reset, no issues.
2: pull a secret fuse. (PCM fuse) 1 of 4 or so.
fuse 24, in pDC under hood, is hot all time fuse, and ECU memory
3: pull battery neg lug. and radio and nav go dead, ouch.

The clock and radio face has gone black

first check for fuse failure as there is possible no power to the units.

Clock on radio loses memory

Do you loose the memory for the stations too ?
The memory is on a different circuit than the power for the radio, that fuse could be blown.

2002 Jeep Liberty radio/clock display not working

If the radio works, but the display doesn't the bulb is burned out, I think removing the radio is necessary to replace it. I would see it as an excellent opportunity to upgrade sound systems and go with an aftermarket unit that will interface with your Ipod.

Toyota Sequoia Radio not remaining on last stations used

Check the fuse block, modern radios use 2 power wires, one switched and one constant power, you are missing the constant voltage for the memory, they can also throw you a curve ball by having an inline fuse on the radio harness.
