1994 Jeep cherokee country turn signals....when turn it on, both arrows light up and you hear a flash sound but they are not flashing.....
Signal light comes on on the outside but doesnt flash.
Also, on low beams both headlights come on....
But, when on high beams, the right high beam does not come on...
To address the headlight issue, replace the bulb on the right. For the turn signals, replace the flasher unit. It's located front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in convenience center. This should rectify the issues and quite cheaply too!
