I'm sure the throttle flap is stuck closed. just move the lever on the side of the throttle. If it turns over faster than normal that is usually what it is.
Sounds like a problem with either the vacuum system or electronic system of the controller that controls which flaps are open. These flaps direct the air to the window or floor or dash etc.
Looking up that code by number lists it as this P2112 DODGE Throttle Actuator Ctrl Mod Processor,, I know on some VW's the coding is different,, so I'll try and see if that code is the same for your car

CODE P1545 - THROTTLE VALVE ACTUATOR MALFUNCTION.POSSIBLE CAUSE THROTTLE VALVE CONTROL MODULE FAULTY - THROTTLE VALVE IS DAMAGE OR DIRTY - THROTTLE VALVE MUST BE IN THE CLOSE POSITION - ACCELERATOR PEDAL OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. THROTTLE POSITION ACTUATOR IS SHORTING TO GROUND OR POWER.
