There is no method of changing the timing for the computer controls the timing at all times. You may want to check a automotive speed shop for a PROM for the computer for better performance if wanted

I have a 96 Olds Cutlass Ciera, and my fuse box is in my glove box. To the left, there's a black panel that says "Fuse Panel." Not sure if there's another one or not.
