Hello avi1brar
Remove the lower section of the rear seat. Under that you will see a plate with several screws.
Remove the screws, then the plate.
Under that cover you will see the top of the fuel tank and the top of fuel pump sending unit.
Keep all sources of spark or flame away and a fire extinguisher handy would also be another good safety factor.
Undo the electrical harness connector and the screws retaining th sender to the fuel tank.
Carefully lift the fuel pump assembly out of the tank (careful, fuel will run out of the sender)
Reverse procedure to install using care to verify the seal for the unit and the mounting surfaces are clean.

SOURCE: fuel pump relay

It is located above the glove box. It is the second relay from the left. If you pick up the chilton manual at your local auto parts store you will see the location and have the testing procedures for it.

SOURCE: how do you disconnect fuel pump on 1993 camry v6?

hi! there, disconnecting fuel pump, you mean dismantling or pull out the fuel pump to the fuel tank, fuel pump is located mostly inside fuel tank mostly there is access panel under the back set of the car or in the trunk of the vehicle, this means you wiil to lower fuel tenk from the car to disconnect/pull out the fuel pump. This can be a difficult job,so it's better to take your car in any service car facility center.
besides fuel is extremely flamable do not smoke when working on fuel sustem and keep any spark or other sources of ignition away from the fuel tank.
before moving fuel tank remove as much as fuel is possible inside the tank, use hand sipon pump to **** all fuel.there is drain bolt under the tank don't try to open this using wrench or electric bolter it might spark the fuel .donot **** fuel by your mouth by hose and by gravity to rdain out fuel is bad for heart..take all the necessary precaution handling job.double check under the back set if there an access opening w/o dropping the tank,if there 's one no need to lower the tank.
if no opening, lowerering the tankmake sure the parking brake is set,the transmission or tranaxle is in park position, and the front wheels are chocked with blocks or bricks for assurance no movement of car.raised the raer of the car with a safety jack, after raising support this by two jackstand for proper holding wieght of car.disconnect the filter neck from the fuel tank by loosening or removing the clamp that hold the hose on the tank.
Remove either the front two bolt or the rear two bolt that secure the fuel tank straps to your car.then gently lower one end of the tank.this will allow you to reach the wiring connection fuel line and vent hoses on top of the tank.disconnect wires and hoses before removing the two remaining bolts that hold the other end of the straps the lower the tank
.fe0494c.jpg if the tank is lowered on the ground, you can undo the plate on the top of the tank that holds the fuel pumps in place/the plate has a metal ring that has to be rotated counterclockwise to removed the ring the plate, fuel pump. and unit can be carefully pull out of the tank.

SOURCE: fuse for 1993 camry V6 fuel pump?

The fuel pump is controlled by the EFI fuse. If your car can go thru the RPM band in park or neutral, you do not have a fuel-related problem. What you may have is a transmission problem, or, the brakes may be seized. Does the vehicle "roll easily" if you push it? If not, a brake inspection is needed.

Where is fuse for fuel pump 1993 camry

There is not a special one, it is supplied through the 30A AM2 fuse and the EFI main relay. Sometimes this relay sticks. Try pulling it out and tapping it gently, then replacing it. See here, p279

1993 CAMRY HAS BURNT 3 TIMES THE FUEL SYSTEM FUSE.

it could be a couple of problems. your fuel filter may be clagged causing a lot of resistance in your fuel line. or if your pump is worn out it will cause a lot more resistance on the electrical part of your fuel system. if your fuel pump is going bad it will do better with a full tank of gas since your pump is submerged in fuel it stays cooler.
