Hello,
I have porsche 2001 C2, one day the temp went high & I wanted to check the water level in the coolant & I've found the oil mixed with water in the coolant like coffe cream color, the oil level is lower, i made flush for the coolant but still the same, is this problem from the Head Gasket or the Oil Cooler, please help me out
Head gasket would be your only problem, the oil cooler normally is cooled by air and not water.
3 week ago y open an engine to a 996 carrera and one head gasket has a cracked.....after 2 week y change this ....its ok naw
y work as a mecanic in romania
Hello, anytime you run a engine hot it usually blows head gasket, or you might have a cracked head, if you are getting oil in water, sounds like one or the two is what is wrong, i think these engines are aluminum heads, very expensive to fix, me personally, i check all fluids in my car-truck once a week, especially if its in very hot weather,
SOURCE: oil mixed with water in coolant
have you checked your engine oil if it looks the same?? If your engine oil is mixed/milky colored, then its your head gasket!!hopefully this helps!!
Testimonial: "the oil is fine normal color, but it's becoming less thats y its mixed with the water in the coolant just only!"
