The fuse for the fuel pump relay normally open contacts is, Engine compartment fuse panel, Fuse # 10

The other one is under the dash driver side near the kick panel. The power for the fuel pump is through the ignition fuse and the PCM that controls the fuel pump relay.

the lid you pulled off should have a fuse location diagram, but the one you are looking for is under the hood

Wont start has spark and fule

check the fuse box under the hood and make sure the fuel pump fuse is not blown.
if the fuse is blown, replace it and see if you have any fuel/spark. the fuel pump fuse controls almost everything electrical under the hood. if the fuse keeps blowing, then there is a short sumwhere in the engine wiring harness.
