Ignition switch reomval pontiac trans sport 1991
I am not sure of the correct tool name but it is a female torx with a male pin in the center. You have to remove the cover, and then you should see the screws on the left side, not the ignition cylinder side,. I had to change one from a pontiac grand prix and I had to go buy a set of the male/female torx to change it. After I changed it, I changed the screws to phillips so if the ignition switch needed changed again, I only needed a screw driver.

Got it - had to pull the steering wheel, then remove the blinker and horn mechanisms to get to the torx screw you mentioned...
