Check all the fuses,there are fuses in engine compartment also check those,but im sure its going to be the fusebox inside the car,heres a diagram to help you pinpoint the fuse, hope this helps,

The cigarette lighter/power outlets on a 2010 Ford Focus are referred to as, "power points." The are two power points on this vehicle, designated as power point 1 and power point 2. Power point 1 is powered by fuse #15 (20A) while power point 1 is powered by fuse #3 (20A), both of which are located in the battery junction box at the left rear of the engine compartment. The cigarette lighter plug should also work for the phone charger as long as the phone charger uses the cigarette lighter style plug(long with two metal contacts on the sides and a button contact on the tip). Most standard car chargers will fit both cigarette and auxillary style plugs.
For the cigarette lighter fuse on uk models ford focus there is another 'hidden' fuse box behind the glove box. Just unscrew three screws at the hinge of the glove box. Replace fuse 35 which is a 15amp fuse. Hope this helps .
