Need to pop trunk open to get keys out of the trunk on a 95 Ford crown Victoria

In some large cars like yours you can remove the rear seat back and open a plate that gives access to the trunk. Depending on your car if it is just a small access panel you will have to go on a fishing expedition with a magnet attached to a rod of some sort to fish them out.

Where is the headlight fuse located on a 92 ford crown victoria?

If you are keeping this vehicle and do your own work on it, I 'd recomend going to ebay and buying a original Ford EVTM (electrical vacuum troubleshooting manual) for your specific vehicle. It is a very simple and well illustrated book to understand.
I have one for my 1992 crown vic. It show a 40 amp fuse in the engine compartment fuse box for the lights.

I have a 1992 crown Victoria and my head light and turnsignal panel is broken how do I remove it and what tools do I need

It is located on your steering column. The cover on the column is either held on with 5.5mm hex head blots or phillip's head screws. The switch itself can be held on with phillips, torx, or security torx bits. Sometimes loosening the mounting bolts on your steering column makes the job easier.

I have 2004 Ford Crown Victoria for a month, fuel pump not working, due to no power supply.

There is a fuel inertia switch located in the trunk compartment to the left (drivers side), behind the carpet. I would try there before anything else. The switch will just have to be pushed back in if it has tripped. Hope this helps and good luck!

can you grab the wipers and make them move with your hand? If so the linkage has come apart. The clicking noise would be something hitting.
