I had the same problem with my 2002 Altis. I found a solution after a lot of research and reading in the web.

1. Remove the power window motor from the regulator (mechanism).
2. Reconnect the power motor to the electronic controller(switches).
3. Perform "Auto Down" an wait until the motor stops.
4. Put a mark in the motor gear.
5. Perform "Manual Up" slowly until the gears rotates around 6 times but not greater than 10 times.
6. Remove the motor from the electronic controller.
7. Re-assemble whole power window assembly.

My sunroof won't close

Some sunroofs have a open switch like the drivers window. You push it and the window will open automaticly. The button on your sunroof could be jammed so even though you can close it as soon as you release it, it will auto open on it's own.

Toyota ALTIS driver side window does not close completely

SOUNDS LIKE HEAVY LOAD ON UP DIRECTION. MY
GUESS IS A FUSEABLE LINK HEATS UP, STOPS ELECTRICITY, COOLS DOWN AND RECONNECTS.
IF UNDER WARRANTY, GO TO SELLER.
IF NOT A FREE REPAIR, WITH THE WINDOW DOWN, YOU COULD USE A SILICONE SPRAY ON THE THE VISIBLE WINDOW TRACKS. ALSO YOU COULD HAVE ANOTHER PERSON USE THEIR PALMS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE WINDOW TO ASSIST IN RAISING IT UP A FEW TIMES. IF THESE ACTIONS DON'T CURE THE RESISTANCE THEN A LOCAL MECHANIC OR GLASS INSTALLER COULD INSPECT THE CAUSE.

Back glass stopped working an the lock also stopped working also

First check for fuse, and any fuse associating to the promblem. Secondly is it just one door, window, or both door, window in the back? If it is just one, then your power switch properly need replacement, if it is both and you have checked all fuse and it is good, then your master power switch is bad, (the one in the driver side)

I disconnected the battery in my 2003 Toyota Corolla NZE briefly and upon reconnecting the power windows and central locking stopped working on all doors (from the driver's control panel). The problem...

It is not a big deal. All the windows need re-learn after the battery is disconnected. To re-learn do the following steps:
1. Sit on a driver's seat. Switch on the ignition.
2. Push the window button to open the driver's window and and keep the button pressed for 3 to 5 seconds after the glass touches the bottom and release the button.
3. Similarly do the same to close the window.
4. Do the same with all the remaining windows one by one.
5. Now after all the windows are re-learned, they should now be operated with a driver's master switches.
Good Luck and thank you for visiting Fixya.

Toyota Altis 1.8 E Using oil, and blowing smoke

Either your cylinder rings are failing or your headgasket has broken and is the culprit. One final possibility is that your EGR value is plugged.

Why would auto windows not work on one side only of a 2007 corolla

If you are speaking of auto windows in the sense where when you push the down button and release it and it continues to go down all the way without touching it again, a lot of cars only have that feature on the driver's side for safety.

Or is it something else?

My toyota corolla 94 window driver side can not scroll up&down

Perhaps a faulty window-motor, or the window switch.
Make sure your battery is good. Usually the problem is the window-switch.
