I looked at the owners manual for the fuse box under the hood that has the fuse for the Power Windows . According to the manual there isn't a relay in this box for the windows. Is it somewhere else ?

In main fuse box under the dash, should be on drivers side. If it's not there, it's under the hood in the power dustribution box(just another fuse box but bigger). The cover to the fuse box normally has the layout of the fuses and what size they are/what they control printed on the inside of the fuse box's cover, but if all else fails the owners manual will always tell you for sure. Check all fuses and relays related to the windows or power accessories. If it's just one window having the issue, it's more than likely a bad window motor, they're cheap and easy to install.

I don't know what testing you have done? Are you missing anything besides fuel? The fuel pump relay should be in under hood fuse box. Hopefully, the fuse box cover has a legend will give you the location? Your owners manual should have this info. If you don't have an owners manual, my.gm.com should have your owners manual, you can look at it for free. I usually use the index in owners manual, look up page for fuses.

most fuel pump relays are under the hood in the power distribution box. Owners manuals may give a diagram on what fuse is what. Alot of the time if the relay goes the pump isn't far behind or vise versa.

You have a fuse box under the hood and one on the drivers side under the dash. I can look it up tomorrow at work. The fuse covers should have info too on where the fuses and relays are. Usually a fuse and a relay control the windows because they draw a lot of power. Do all the windows not work? Do any work from their own switch?

if you have super crew in battery junction box fuse #601 30a fuse and fuse #103 50a if not super crew then fuse #110 30a and fuse #103 50a there is also check in the central junction box there is a #14 15a fuse. your power for the windows and back wnidows comes from the acc delay relay in the central junction box if you look at relay and jump or test for power,the 30 and 87 terminal if it works check the battery saver relay next to it with the #14 fuse. hope i didn't confuse you i get that alot lol.
