Honda '98 accord fuse box locationsInterior passenger side, looking for drv side window fuse

In the fuse box under the hood or in a box behind glove box.

PWR WDO - 30amp circuit breaker , DRV -MDL 10amp fuse - both are located in the rear fuse box .
Fuse Block Rear

The fuse box is located under the hood on the passenger side of the vehicle.

If the drivers side directional is working you probably have a burnt flasher unit located in the drivers side interior fuse box.

The fuse you are looking for is located in the Passenger's Under-Dash Fuse/
Relay Box. it is fuse number 9, and should have a 20 amp rating.
When you open the Right Side passenger door, look at the side of the dashboard,
adjacent to the front of the door, and you will see the Fuse Box cover.
Remove the cover, and find and reference the legend to help you locate the #9 fuse.

Hi!!

Check for a 15A Fuse labeled FUEL PUMP on the cabin Fuse Box located in the front seating area, driver side, under dash, behind kick panel.

The diagram shows the Main PCM relay controlling the Fuel Pump, but it wont hurt to check the cabin fuse box under hood, passenger side, rear side of strut tower, mounted in fuse/relay box on firewall

The 96 Accord interior fuse box is under the dash, drivers side. Look for the small access panel with a thumb twist on it. Picture below:

theres 3, one under the hood, 2 inside the vehicle ..the interior fuse boxes are on the sides of the dashboard on both drivers and passenger sides. open the doors and look for the removable panels on the dash between the drivers and passengers dashboard.remove the panel....u will see the 2 interior fuse boxes...these 2 interior fuse boxes house the vehicles multiplex control units..

sounds like you have a loose connectoin on the battery
