Sounds to me like the A/C clutch is no good and out of adjustment. You should goto your nerrest junkyard and get a used assembly take the clutch off then you learn how it comes off and install it on yours the save the pump for later use if needed. The clutch should only have a .010 air gap after install between th inner elctro magnet and the clutch plate it's self.
Check you water damp outlet is not blocked. This causes build up of water inside the cabin after a while. Owner manual should help you indicate, otherwise, under the car the outlet should be seen and if no water dispenses when aircon is on, it’s definitely clogged
The fans are inportant but the regular raditior fan will do it and the road speed of the car will blow enough air though the codenser to make it cool if it's going to. Does the compressor turn on? if it does do the lines hooked to it get hot?( the small one) and the big one get cold? The condenser should get hot, Hot enough to burn you and the freon level may be wrong and or the compressor isn't pumping. ( brocken inside)
The low side pressure seems ok the high side would help,Is your compressor cycling and is the air coming out even slightly cool?slight over charge cold effect cooling ability.I wish I could be more help. I will have to think about this one.maybe you could make sure your temp.door is actually in the commanded cold position.
could be anything from low refrigerant to bad compressor cooling fan or air distribution system. if you never have worked on a c i would recommend taking it to a professional
Have you checked how low the freon is in the compressor of the air conditioner? Sometimes if it is too low the compressor won't pick it up and therefore, the fan won't work. on any speed and if it does it won't blow cool. Hope this helps.
