Ford focus 1.8 tdci MY 2003 terrible cold start

Hi
I have a ford focus 1.8 tdci from 2003, it has 96000 km (not a lot). Ford changed dual mass flywheel with clutch, starter motor etc in 2008. It costed me a lot of money !! 6 months later engine wouldn't start, so the camshaft sensor was changed.
During last winter, terrible cold start even at 5°C !! This doesn't seem like glow plug to me, glow plug is really for temperature below -5°C...
What could this problem be again ?? Starter motor ? Crankshaft sensor ? Camshaft sensor again ? Again, at warmer outside temperatures and hot engine, engine starts without issue.
Thanks

Possibly is your glow plugs, best to change then all yourself if you can with just a ring spanner and a deep seated socket. Also not enough power in battery to heat plugs up in first place can be the cause. When deisels have been started a few mins, usualy start without waiting for glow plug to go out.

Ford focus 1.8 tdci, is terrible at starting when cold. The motor is slow to pick up speed and doesnt seem to spin fast enough. The glow plugs only stay on for two seconds. However once the engine is hot...

u should check for a coolant leak just above the starting motor, it makes its way into the motor gumming every thing up ,coolant leak is usually from the thermostat housing.
